1. Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for a change of mind.
2. Faulty or items received in error
If you have received a faulty item or received an item in error, we are happy to replace, exchange or refund the cost of the item for you.
We will pay the costs of postage and handling if you return a faulty or unsuitable item or an item received in error.
If you choose to exchange or replace the item we will pay the costs of postage and handling of the replacement item.
Please contact us before returning any items.
3. Damaged Items
All products are carefully packed to ensure reasonable handling through the delivery process. We personally deliver all packs and ensure any damaged items will be replaced.
We do not issue refunds for our perishable or consumable items as they cannot be restocked once we dispatch them in accordance with food safety guidelines.
In instances where we agree to refund, we will process these to the purchaser within 7 business days.
We accept cancellations up to 48 hours prior to your booked event. We will however deduct an administration fee of 15% per cancellation.
